Booking Policies- by booking you agree to the following:
Dogs showing aggressive/unsafe behaviour may be charged an extra handling fee up to £20 depending on severity- this accounts for the risk involved, additional help from another groomer, and any extra time this may need. Grooms may be modified, incomplete, or stopped if they can’t be done safely.
All instances of matting will incur a fee starting at £10, which reflects the extra time and wear on our equipment.

Irene was absolutely amazing with Storm for his first groom! As a rescue dog, I was a little nervous about how he’d cope, but she was so patient, calm, and understanding with him. She made the whole experience really positive and Storm came back looking gorgeous, happy, and relaxed. You can tell Irene genuinely cares about the dogs and takes the time to make them feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!!
